Terms of Service

By using the website or services of Elite Detroit Towing LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

We provide tow truck, roadside assistance, junk car removal, and related vehicle transport services across Detroit and Wayne County, Michigan. All services are subject to availability, weather, and current dispatch load.

Pricing and Payment

We provide a price quote before dispatching a truck. The final price will match the quote unless circumstances on-site materially change (for example, you misdescribed the vehicle or the location). Payment is due at completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments.

Damage Liability

We carry full transit cargo insurance on all tow services. If we damage your vehicle during transport, we will cover the repair through our insurance. Pre-existing damage and damage caused by the original incident (accident, off-road, etc.) are not covered.

Cancellation

If you cancel a dispatched truck before it arrives, no charge applies. If the truck has arrived on-site and you cancel, a hookup fee may apply.

Service Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service if a situation is unsafe (active fire, hostile environment, vehicle in active traffic that cannot be safely accessed). We may also recommend that police, fire, or other emergency services be involved before we dispatch.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided plus reasonable damage repair through our insurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
